29 CFR 1910.22(d)(2): Hazardous conditions on walking-working surfaces were not corrected or repaired before an employee used the walking-working surface again. On or about May 8, 2019, employees were exposed to trip and fall hazards when walking along broken floor tiles: a. At the entrance/exit ramp area. Employees walked along a section of broken floor tiles measuring 24 inches X 18 inches. b. In front of the x-ray machine conveyor. Employees walked along a section of broken floor tiles measuring 5 inches X 6 inches. c. At entrance of the cubicles section area. Employees walked along a section of broken floor tiles measuring 15 inches X 19 inches. NOTE: Certification of abatement is not required for this citation item since it was submitted prior to citation issuance.
