29 CFR 1910.95(d)(1): When information indicated that any employee's exposure equaled or exceed the 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels, the employer did not develop and implement a monitoring program:  Cigma Shades & Blinds, Inc., Suwanee, GA -  An employee operating the slot machine and using compressed air for cleaning was exposed to sound level meter readings between 89-93 dBA. Noise monitoring was not conducted to determine the 8-hour time weighted average, on or about 5/8/19.
