Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: On or about May 8, 2019, at jobsite located at 2200 N Ocean Blvd, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301, employees removing a railing glass without the use of fall protection, were exposed to a 50-ft. fall hazard.
