29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person  Location: Harborview Hotel, Mayhew Building, N.Water St. Edgartown, Martha's Vineyard, MA  On May 6th, 2019, employees were exposed to falls hazards, struck by hazards, electrical shock hazards, and caught between hazards where frequent and regular inspections made by a competent person did not identify and mitigate the hazards:   Instances:   a) Construction debris with protruding nails was present in the entryways, hallways, and around the exterior of the project b) The internal stairway's stair rail was removed  c) Carpenters using nail guns without eye protection throughout the project
