29 CFR 1926.201(a): Signaling by flaggers and the use of flaggers, including warning garments worn by flaggers did not conform to Part VI of the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices, (1988 Edition, Revision 3 or the Millennium Edition): (a) On or about May 7, 2019, for the employees potentially exposed to struck-by hazards while performing traffic control work activity during paving operations to include but not limited to stopping traffic and using hand signals where the employer did not provide training on safe traffic control practices at the vicinity of P-970 Ammunition Supply, Camp Pendleton, California.
