29 CFR 1926.404(f)(6): The path to ground from circuits, equipment, or enclosures was not permanent and continuous: On or about 5/10/2019 at 3619 Cresswind Parkway, Lot 29, Cresswinds Subdiv., Gainesville, GA where workers were exposed to minor electrical shock and burn hazards where during the GFCI inspection: a. the 110V extension cord powering the Makita circular saw, Milwaukee battery charging station, and Porter Cable air compressor was missing the ground pin. b. the Porter Cable extension cord was missing the ground pin.
