OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in which employees were exposed to struck by and crushing hazards during tree trimming operations:    Location: 137-138 Boulevard, Mountain Lake NJ, 07046  a) On or about 05/07/2019 an employee sustained serious injury when struck by a cut 15 foot tree branch which fell approximately 45 feet to the ground below.  The employer failed to ensure that employees were not positioned in the drop zone during tree trimming operations.
