29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6)(ii): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals was labeled with a product identifier and with general information regarding the hazards of the chemicals: 1) On May 13, 2019, and at prior times, a secondary container of a sanitizer containing phosphoric acid, a corrosive and a secondary container of isopropyl alcohol, a flammable, were not labeled with the hazards of the chemical.
