29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(vii): For all scaffolds not otherwise specified in paragraphs (g)(1)(i) through (g)(1)(vi) of this section, each employee was not protected from falling by the use of personal fall arrest systems or guardrail systems meeting the requirements of (g)(4) of this section: a) Guardrails were not provided on the 18 ft tall pipe frame scaffold nor were employees provided other means of fall protection; employees were exposed to 18 ft fall hazard during masonry repair activities. Location: 2270 E 15th Street, Brooklyn NY On or about 4-24-2019 NOTE: BECAUSE ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION IS ALREADY DOCUMENTED IN THE CASEFILE, THE EMPLOYER NEED NOT SUBMIT CERTIFICATION NOR DOCUMENTATION OF ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION AS NORMALLY REQUIRED BY 29 CFR 1903.19.
