On the east side of the construction site, employees engage in framing activities without fall protection was expose to fall hazards of approximately 10 feet to the ground below.

On the east side of the construction site, the employer did not provide an extension ladder where employees could access and egress the residential home upper landing safely exposing them to potential fall hazards.
