29 CFR 1910.134(h)(2)(i): All respirators were not stored to protect them from damage, contamination, dust, sunlight, extreme temperatures, excessive moisture, and damaging chemicals, and they shall be packed or stored to prevent deformation of the facepiece and exhalation valve. a) Arnold Air Force Base, Building 780 "C" Avenue storage/utility trailer, on or about 8 May 2019, two half-face elastomeric air purifying respirators were sitting in the open with other equipment in a cardboard box.

29 CFR 1926.152(b)(2): Quantities of flammable and combustible liquid in excess of 25 gallons were not stored in an acceptable or approved cabinet. a) Arnold Air Force Base, Building 780 Avenue "C" - storage/utility trailer, on or about 8 May 2019, containers containing flammable liquids including but not limited to Sherwin Williams Protective and Marine Coating, Klean Strip Adhesive Remover, Crown Denatured Alcohol, petroleum gasoline in excess of 25 gallons were not stored as required.
