29 CFR 1910.36(g)(2): An exit access was not at least 28 inches wide as required and/or where there was only one exit access leading to an exit or exit discharge, the width of the exit and exit discharge was not at least equal to the width of the exit access: On, or about May 14, 2019, on the exterior side of the clean room located at 343 Portage Blvd, Kent, Ohio 44240, the required 28 inches of any way of an exit was obstructed by the spill control platforms used to control hazardous waste and measured 24 inches in clearance.
