29 CFR 1910.134(a)(2): The employer did not provide the respirators which were applicable and suitable for the purpose intended: On or about May 14, 2019, employees were observed using safety dust mask with exhalation valve that was not applicable and suitable for the chemicals being used to strip the floor paint. This condition exposed employees to health hazards from hazardous chemicals.
