OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that an employee was exposed to an amputation hazard: On or about 05/13/2019, Location: 2850 South Ocean Blvd Palm Beach FL 33480, 1) An employee was exposed to an amputation hazard while cutting palm tree branches with a chain saw above shoulder height and not gripping the handles of the saw with both hands.
