29 CFR 1926.451(h)(1): Each employee on a scaffold was not provided with additional protection from falling hand tools, debris, and other small objects through the installation of toeboards, screens, guardrail systems, or through the erection of debris nets, catch platforms, or canopy structures that contained or deflected the falling objects:     (a)   On or about May 8, 2019, employees were elevated in a Genie S-85 aerial lift while involved in a tree removal process and exposed to falling debris and tree limbs. (a)   On or about May 8, 2019, and at times prior thereto, worker engaged in using an aerial lift with no fall protection and elevated to heights of approximately 60 to 80 feet above ground level, did not demonstrate an understanding of how to mitigate the hazards associated with the aerial lift, fall hazards and/or fall object hazards in the work area.
