The bottle was labeled "Degreaser".     b.  On or about May 15, 2019, the employer did not ensure that five plastic spray bottles of colored liquid used to clean the motor coaches in the Wash Bay were labeled, tagged or marked with product identifier and words, pictures, symbols, or combination thereof.  The bottles were labeled "Glass Cleaner".      c.  On or about May 15, 2019, the employer did not ensure that four plastic spray bottles of colored liquid used to clean the motor coaches in the Wash Bay were labeled, tagged or marked with product identifier and words, pictures, symbols, or combination thereof.  The bottles were labeled "Bug Remover".     d.  On or about May 15, 2019, the employer did not ensure that a plastic spray bottle of colored liquid used to clean the motor coaches in the Wash Bay was labeled, tagged or marked with product identifier and words, pictures, symbols, or combination thereof.  The bottle was labeled "Green Time".     e.  On or about May 15, 2019, the employer did not ensure that a plastic spray bottle of colored liquid used to clean the motor coaches in the Wash Bay was labeled, tagged or marked with product identifier and words, pictures, symbols, or combination thereof.  The bottle did not have any markings present.
