29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: (a) Finish truck shop - On or about April 23, 2019 employees were exposed to amputation hazards, in that employees performed jam clearing operations on equipment such as, but not limited to the FMB Bandsaw, without utilizing energy control procedures to prevent accidental startup of the machine.
