29 CFR 1926.651(j)(1): Adequate protection was not provided to protect employees from loose rock or soil that could pose a hazard by falling or rolling from an excavation face: (a) On May 15, 2019, employees of Das-Co of Idaho were not protected from potential falling rock hazards on the ends of an excavation measuring approximately 6 feet wide, 10.5 feet long and 7 feet deep located at South Cole Road & Colonial Street, Boise, ID 83709.
