29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501:  (a) Real Windows at 1255 Galapago Street in Denver, CO 80204: On or before 05/15/19, the employer did not ensure that employees were protected from fall hazards while installing windows at a residential apartment complex. Employees were installing large windows on the exterior of several apartments greater than 6 feet off the ground without the use of fall protection. This condition exposed employees to leading edge fall hazards approximately 33 feet off of the ground.
