Commerce Street, Greenville, AL:  On or about May 15, 2019 and at times prior to, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of up to 7 feet and 3 inches while working  from the second buck of a scaffold without ensuring the scaffold was fully planked.

Commerce Street, Greenville, AL:  On or about May 15, 2019 and at times prior to, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of up to 7 feet and 3 inches while working  from the second buck of scaffold without ensuring the scaffold rungs were lined up vertically with each other.
