On or about May 15, 2019, employees operating and cleaning the wheel/cutter machines hopper and other areas are exposed to burns when product and equipment of high temperature contact employees hands and arms because hand and arm protection is not utilized.     Abatement certification is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
