29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) Building Construction Diversified, LLC on or about May 15, 2019, at the address of 1450 E. Melrose Ave. Findlay, OH: The employer in control of the job site construction activities (as prime contractor) failed to ensure subcontracted employees were adequately protected from falls after becoming aware of the hazard. These employees, installing new roofing material to a steep sloped residential type structure were exposed to falls of 9 feet to the ground below.
