29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-sloped roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems. On or about May 15, 2019, employees working on the roof of a commercial building were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 6-feet without using any form of fall protection.
