29 CFR 1910.28(b)(1)(i): The employer did not ensure that each employee on a walking-working surface with an unprotected side or edge that is 4 feet (1.2 m) or more above a lower level was protected from falling: On or about May 15, 2019, employees were exposed to fall hazards when working in the press department because the guardrail surrounding the pit adjacent to the Chicago Press Brake was not complete and the employees were not protected by standard railings or an equivalent means of fall protection.
