29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. On or about May 16, 2019, employees engaged in construction activities at height greater than six (6) feet were not protected from a fall, exposing the employees to a fall of over 16 feet. Abatement documentation is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d)
