29 CFR 1926.304(d): Each portable, power-driven circular saw withdrawn from the work did not automatically and instantly return the lower guard to the covering position of the saw. (a) 1818 College Dr., Meridian, MS 39307 - On or about May 16, 2019, a guard on the Makita chop saw used on site to cut steel and wood was fixed in the up position exposing the employee to an amputation hazard.
