29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. On or about May 16, 2019 for the worksite located at 4251 Holly Springs Parkway, Building 6 in Holly Springs, Georgia; a framer was exposed to fall hazards of up to 20 feet, one inch where the employee disconnected the lanyard from his harness while working from atop wall frames 9 feet above a poured concrete floor and at an unprotected edge greater than 20 feet above the ground to assist his employer, Elias Perez, in offloading joists from a "JCB" boom lift.
