29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use: (a) On or about May 16, 2019, and times prior, the employer had not established and implemented the elements of a written respiratory protection plan to for employees working in the brewing building that were required to use half-face elastomeric respirators. A written respiratory protection plan shall include the following elements, as applicable: 1. Program administration 2. Cleaning, maintenance, change schedules and storage; 2. Medical evaluations; 3.
