29 CFR 1926.62(e)(2)(i): The employer did not establish and implement a written compliance program to achieve compliance with 29 CFR 1926.62(c) prior to commencement of the job: a. On or about May 15, 2019, at the above addressed jobsite, employees were required to work around lead containing materials including but not limited to, paint chips. The employer failed to implement a written compliance program to ensure employee exposure was evaluated and appropriate protection was implemented prior to exposure to lead containing material(s).
