29 CFR 1910.23(c)(7): (A) Ladders placed in locations such as passageways, doorways, or driveways where they can be displaced by other activities or traffic were not secured to prevent displacement or guarded by a temporary barricade, such as a row of traffic cones or caution tape, to keep activities away from the ladder: a) On or about 5/16/19, at the site wonton cookie factory of 52-10 37th Street, LIC, NY An A-frame ladder placed in the front of a roll up door where other employee opened the roll up door and knocked the employee off the ladder. The employee was taken to a hospital and injured his left shoulder. ABATEMENT VERIFICATION IS NOT REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19.
