The employer did not ensure that either ground fault circuit interrupters as specified in paragraph (b)(1)(ii) of this section or an assured equipment grounding conductor program as specified in paragraph (b)(1)(iii) of this section was used to protect employees on construction sites. a) foundation: On or about May 17, 2019 The portable grinder was plugged in by extension cord to the existing power of a neighboring house and was used to cut metal strips but a GFI was not used.
