On or about May 16, 2019, the employer did not maintain at least 36 inches of space in front of 277v/480v motor control panels, circuit breaker panels and transformers.  Access to working space in front of the panels for servicing and emergency shutoff was restricted by shop equipment, motorcycle parts, boxes of product and a large hanging banner.  Employees working in the area or walking through were exposed to fire and electrical hazards.   There is no abatement documentation or certification required for this item.
