On or about May 14, 2019, at the construction site located at 703 N Wisconsin Street, Port Washington, Wisconsin, employees were performing roofing work on a two story residential home with a pitch of approximately 8 in 12 and up to approximately 17 feet in height with no fall protection, thereby exposing the employees to a fall hazard.
