29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the information specified under paragraphs (f)(6)(i) through (ii) of this section: F2 MIX ROOM: On or about and at times prior to May 17, 2019, tanks used for mixing chemicals to be used in the manufacturing process were not labeled with information that would identify the hazards of the chemicals and provide employees with specific information regarding the associated physical and health hazards. Examples of hazardous chemicals in use included, but were not limited to ammonium hydroxide.
