29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: (a) On or about May 15, 2019, and at times prior for the employees exposed to fall hazards while installing shingles on a residential roof approximately 12 feet high with a 6:12 pitch roof at or near 2390 58th Avenue South in Fargo, North Dakota. Note: This company was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1244421, Citation 1 , Item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on August 14, 2017 with respect to a workplace located at 2427 27th Avenue South in Fargo, North Dakota.
