The space between the adjacent units was approximately 3 feet by 6 feet in one area.

Location: 335 Madison Ave. New York, NY. On or about 5/17/2019, a) Employer did not ensure scaffold inspection was done prior to each work shift. The night shift work crew of the curtainwall sub-contractor used the scaffold without being inspected prior to their work shift.
