29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report the in-patient hospitalization, amputation, or loss of an eye to OSHA within twenty-four (24) hours after the in-patient hospitalization of one or more employees or an employee's amputation or an employee's loss of an eye, as a result of a work-related incident: a. 5362 Woodland Court, Sugar Hill, GA (Private Homeowner Residential Home) - The employer failed to notify the Atlanta-East OSHA office of an in-patient hospitalization/amputation within 24 hours of being admitted. The employee was admitted as an in-patient on May 11, 2019 and was not reported to the OSHA Area Office until May 14, 2019.
