29 CFR 1910.178(m)(10): Load backrest extension(s) were not used on industrial trucks to minimize the hazard of rearward falling materials:    a) Production Area - On or about May 20, 2019, the Nissan sit down forklift (No. CPW02L25) was operated with no load backrest extension. Employees were thereby exposed to rearward falling materials.    Tara International LP was previously cited for violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 178(m)10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 997255, citation number 1, item number 3a and was affirmed as a final order on February 5, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 9100 W. 67th Street, Hodgkins, Illinois.
