Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970:  The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to fall hazards:     a. On or about April 8, 2019, in the wood chip loading area, an employee accessed and egressed the top of a Peerless open top trailer to assist truck drivers with spreading tarps and leveling wood chips and was not protected from a fall hazard of 13.5 feet to the ground.
