29 CFR 1926.451(f)(6): Scaffolds were erected, used, dismantled, altered, or moved such that they, or any conductive material handled on them, could have come closer than the minimum distances established for specific voltages as set forth in the table in subparagraph (f)(6): a) 45 Saratoga Blvd. - On or about May 16, 2019 and at times prior to, employees were working from a pump jack scaffold that was erected less than the required 3' of the insulated service line coming into the home.
