29 CFR 1926.501(b)(2)(i): Each employee who was constructing a leading edge 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:     a. On or about May 20, 2019, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing sheeting operations from the fifth floor deck were exposed to falls, greater-than twenty-five (25) feet, created by the presence of unprotected leading edges.    Serge International Corporation was previously cited for a violation of an equivalent Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 981713, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on August 28, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 1131 N. Leavitt Street, Chicago, IL.
