29 CFR 1926.701(b): All protruding reinforcing steel, onto and/or into which employees could fall, was not guarded to eliminate the hazard of impalement:  a) Work site was located at 605 Pavonia Avenue, Jersey City, NJ 07306  Employees were exposed to impalement hazards as there was exposed vertical rebar on the 15th floor in the vicinity of pedestrian workers.  Violation was observed on or about April 17th, 2019.  b) Work site was located at 605 Pavonia Avenue, Jersey City, NJ 07306  Employees were exposed to impalement hazards as there was exposed vertical rebar on the 8th floor in the vicinity of pedestrian workers.  Violation was observed on or about April 17th, 2019.
