29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: (a) 1871 Old Main Street Shippensburg, PA Stewart Hall - An employee was utilizing a JLG 600-S aerial lift to access the 3rd floor approximately 22 feet high and was wearing harnesses and lanyard but was not connected to the lifts anchor point, on or about May 21, 2019. No abatement certification or documentation required.
