29 CFR 1926.403(i)(2): Live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by cabinets or other forms of enclosures: a) 120 Second Street, Basement, Worksite - On or about May 20, 2019, employees were working in the area of the main electrical control panel, with exposed live parts energized in excess of 50 vAC, where front cover and partial dead front had been removed. b) 120 Second Street, Second Floor, Worksite - On or about May 20, 2019, an employee was working in the area while utilizing a 110 vAC receptacle that had its proper cover removed. c) 120 Second Street, Second Floor, Worksite - On or about May 20, 2019, an employee was working in the area of a 110 vAC splice of electrical conductors that were not located in an enclosed electrical box.
