29 CFR 1910.304(f)(1)(iv): Overcurrent devices for circuits rated 600 volts, nominal, or less, were not readily accessible to each employee or authorized building management personnel:  a) Worksite, Storage area: Electrical panel box  (220 volts) that powers equipment such as, but not limited to Chop Saw was blocked by unused punch machine, pallets, and other stored materials; on or about  5/22/19.  b) Worksite, Assembling area: Electrical panel boxes (220 volts /120 volts) that power equipment such as, but not limited to Welder machine and lights, were blocked by frame table, boxes, and rolls of plastic; on or about 5/22/19.   NOTE:  The employer is required to provide abatement certification for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
