29 CFR 1910.95(g)(6): At least annually after obtaining the baseline audiogram, the employer did not obtain a new audiogram for each employee exposed at or above an 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels : a) Essentra Plastics, LLC DBA Essentra Components, 3123 Station Rd, Erie, PA - The company did not provide annual audiometric testing for employees exposed to noise above the action level. On or about June 13, 2019, the following noise exposures were measured: A machine operator was exposed to a mixed noise level of 87.7 dBA or an equivalent dose of 72.9%, as an 8-hour TWA, while operating a taping machine. This level was based on 465 minutes of sampling; zero exposure was considered for the unsampled time. Audiometric testing was last provided April 2018.
