This level was based on 445 minutes of sampling; zero exposure was considered for the unsampled time. Audiometric testing was last provided May 2018; and    2. A machine operator was exposed to a mixed noise level of 88.6 dBA or an equivalent dose of 82.78%, as an 8-hour TWA, while operating dip mold machine #4. This level was based on 471 minutes of sampling; zero exposure was considered for the unsampled time. Audiometric testing was last provided April 2018.
