29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift:  a. 600 Somerset Corporate Blvd., Bridgewater, NJ - West Elevation  The employer did not ensure that employees elevated in an aerial lift baskets were attached to the basket using a fall harness and lanyard.  Employees engaged in commercial construction activities were elevated in a Genie, S-80 aerial lift without the use of fall protection.    Violation observed on or about May 22, 2019
