29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables shall be connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief is provided that will prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws. On or before May 22, 2019, damaged industrial fan flexible cord was not removed from service where the power cord strain relief had pulled away from the end plug fitting.
