29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A personal fall arrest or travel restraint system that meets the requirements in subpart I of this part was not worn and attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: a) On or about May 22, 2019, in the backyard of a residential home at the jobsite address listed above, an employee was working from a Platform Basket, Spider 27.14 Aerial Work Platform - S/N PB9814, approximately 30 feet above ground level in order to perform tree removal work. The employee did not wear a personal fall arrest or travel restraint system that was attached to the basket and was thereby exposed to fall hazards.
